The Desert Fox, by the Allies. Sent to North Africa by Hitler to help the Italians. He arrived with a small force of troops and armour, which he paraded on arrival , by sending them around more than once so it looked like a lot more than in reality. Lack of supplies and political support caused the North Afrika campaign to eventually collapse. He was one of Hitler's few intellegent and honourable officers.

He was also Hitlers scapegoat when the assasination attempt on Hitlers life was foiled... He was forced to commit suicide... Rommel was one of the few officers in Hitlers regime that refused to kill Jews throughout his campaigns... But he was very hated among Hitlers confidants... This man was a genius in every sense of the word, much like Admiral Lord Nelson was master of the sea, Rommel was the master of modern tank warfare!
